5: Design of Implementation
The fifth stage of Russell Ackoff's Interactive Planning is Design of Implementation.
In this phase, philosophy must harden into physical reality. A strategic designer cannot merely dictate Means. They must explicitly define who is going to do what, when, and where to bring the idealized design to life.
The thesis of Bumponomics—that "All Systems are Problem Transforming"—is not merely theoretical. It is empirically testable. Therefore, the "Design of Implementation" for this ecosystem requires the construction of a physical engine capable of testing it.
We must build a platform that allows human actors to map their complex reality, calculate their vectors of transformation, and navigate the DSTM horizon mathematically.
The following chapters break down the architecture of the BUMPS Platform, translating the entire preceding 4 phases into a usable software ecosystem.
