2.1.1 Technological Feasibility

The first constraint of Idealized Design is Technological Feasibility.

When designing the optimal "Ends" for a system, the design must not incorporate any technology not currently known to be feasible. This does not preclude new or innovative uses of currently available technology, but it acts as a reality check.

It is intended to prevent the design from becoming a work of science fiction. If we are to solve real BUMPS in the real world, our ultimate target design must be something we have the physical and technological capacity to engineer today.
